In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing logistics and processing activities, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality standards. Your tasks will include: - Receiving and handling seeds throughout various production cycles
- Preparing orders and managing shipments, returns, and repackaging
- Coordinating permanent and seasonal warehouse staff
- Supporting internal processing planning
- Organizing and monitoring processing activities (machine setup, technical troubleshooting, etc.)
- Managing sales order preparation and ensuring timely shipping and repackaging
- Organizing transportation to customers




- Ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of ordered materials
- Basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities
- Supporting the implementation of new warehouse IT tools
- Providing input for continuous improvement in logistics and processing **Your Profile**:
We are looking for a proactive and organized professional with: - A degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience
- Strong sense of responsibility and task ownership
- Familiarity with planning tools (Excel, WMS; SAP is a plus)
- Flexibility in working hours and availability for shift coverage and logistics emergencies
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage unexpected situations
- Initiative in proposing process improvements
- Forklift operation certification (or willingness to obtain it)
- Workplace safety training
- Precision and attention to detail
