- Support marketing strategy, planning, and budgeting.
- Assist with segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
- Champion brand stewardship and evidence-based value propositions.
- Enable sales with training, tools, and product expertise.
- Contribute to pricing, communications, and channel strategies.
- Track KPIs, customer satisfaction, and business analytics.
- Lead presentations, events, and customer engagements. **What you need** **Minimum Qualifications (required)**: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Scientific related field
- Min 1 year of Marketing experience in the Medical Devices industry
- Fluent level of English and Italian
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of the hospital environment and stakeholders
- Experience with Medical Events **Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired)**: - Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
- Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority
