One Works is looking for a Planner to join our team. Based in either our Milan or Venice office, the **Planner** will be responsible for ensuring that projects remain on track by producing reports and using project management tools to keep all other teams involved aligned.
- Creating a production schedule;
- Estimating the budget, cost, and quantity of materials, workforce, and other resources required to complete the project;
- Communicating with other departments regarding production schedules and any changes;
- Using IT tools related to resource planning (MS Project and Primavera);
- Organizing and coordinating various elements of projects or events;
- Analyzing data and forecasting trends to make informed planning decisions;
- Collaborating with different teams or stakeholders to ensure objectives are met;
- Implementing strategies to improve outcomes and efficiency;
- Managing timelines and schedules, adjusting them as needed to respond to changes or challenges;
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress of plans, making adjustments where necessary.
