The Procurement Specialist is responsible for ensuring the supply of goods and services related to all company activities, including both direct and indirect spending,



in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
SUPPORT production planning and the supply of raw material in order to fulfil the needs of the production process. CREATE purchase request of inventory items. GENERATE purchase orders for both direct and indirect spend. SUPERVISE intercompany flows related to WIP and semi-finished products as needed. ENSURE the most effective use of the available resources (labour, materials, equipment) consistent with the scheduled production. ACTIVATE market research, in collaboration with the other functions. SUPPORT other functions during the technical qualification of new suppliers. **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:
Operate in team, to drive and contribute to the project's execution;
Good interpersonal communications and customer service skills;
