As the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects the highest standards of our brand. **What you’ll do**: - Welcome visitors and colleagues with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
- Manage sign-ins, visitor passes, and escort guests to their hosts.
- Maintain Front of House areas and meeting rooms to impeccable standards.
- Coordinate catering and refreshments for meetings and events.
- Handle calls, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support the daily operations, liaising with building contractors and hospitality providers.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety,



and Security protocols. **Who we’re looking for**: - Proven experience in a customer-facing or reception role.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- IT literate (Outlook, Word, Excel - intermediate level).
- Excellent communicator, polite, confident, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player who can also work independently.
