As an Intern you will be part of our Strategy and Performance Delivery Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. and will be reporting to our Manager of Regional Performance Delivery GM. The position will be based in Crespellano (BO). In your role,



you will join the Strategy and Performance Management team supporting in managing the Manufacturing cross functional teams of the EU region to deliver performances continuous improvement. **Specific Responsibilities**: - Support the team to deliver the analysis required to eliminate losses;
- Help define and monitor the actions plan of improvement initiatives;
- Collaborate in enhancing our governance model. **Who we’re looking for**: - Degree in Management Engineering or related fields;
- Strong literacy of the Microsoft Office package;
- Proactive and good organizational skills;
- Experience in data collection, management and analysis;
