**Description** **The opportunity** The **Technology and Transformation IT manager** will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT programs within Hitachi Energy. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive innovation to support our global energy solutions. **How you'll make an impact**: - Define scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders. - Develop plans, including detailed timelines, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication plans. - Oversee and coordinate teams within the program, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project execution. - Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, escalating to senior management as necessary and implementing effective solutions. - Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external vendors. - Communicate status, progress, and challenges regularly to stakeholders, including executive leadership. - Ensure adherence to company policies, IT standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the program lifecycle.



- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the program management framework and contribute to the evolution of best practices. - Champion change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new IT solutions and processes. - Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines. **Your background**: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
