**OVERVIEW** He/she will be responsible for managing operations and driving business growth in the EMEA zone, with focus on European and North African markets. **KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
- Manage and oversee the operations in the designated area, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in meeting company goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to boost sales and expand market presence in the hollow glass industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and operational processes.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and clients as needed.
- Travel up to 30%/35% of the time to meet clients and oversee operations in the assigned region.
- Participate to exhibition worldwide **QUALIFICATIONS**




- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent education
- Proven experience in a sales role within the mechanical or hollow glass industry.
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken). Spanish knowledge will be a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
