- **Key Responsibilities**: - **Compliance & Safety**




- Guarantee all safety requirements (testing, certifications, identification) per Company and local standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and approvals in line with procedures.
** Purchasing Operations**
- Manage materials master data and purchase requisitions.
- Prepare tender packages, organize RFQs, and lead negotiations.
- Issue contractual documents (POs, RTAs) and monitor PO lifecycle until delivery and payment.
- Resolve discrepancies and amendments with suppliers and Métier Partners.
** Strategic & System Management**
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to support sourcing decisions.
** H3SE Compliance**
- Take preventive measures against hazards and ensure alignment with H3SE rules and legislation.- University graduate
- Professional experience in purchasing goods and/or services, preferably within the petroleum industry
- Strong personal abilities in human relations, problem solving, and planning/organizing/coordinating/controlling activities
- Fluent in English and Italian-
