Amazon is seeking applicants to work in the EU Process Engineering Network Experts Team (EUPE NET). This is a tempo pieno on-site role.
- The EU PE team is a group of operational leaders driving process standardization and continuous improvement for the EU Customer Fulfillment Network.
- EUPE is divided in two teams covering execution implementation (EUPE Execution), and the dedicated process SMEs (EUPE NET).
- EUPE NET establishes best in class process performance across all different direct, indirect processes and flow management. EUPE NET also helps to accelerate implementation of technological advancements and strengthen the technical acumen and process knowledge for the operational leaders across the FC network.
- EUPE NET ensures that operations teams are equipped with the functional expertise to successfully deliver network wide process improvements, as long as design E2E flow management standards in both planning and execution.
- EUPE NET members work as experts within the EU CF Process Paths, ensuring to develop and deliver the most accurate information to operations on layout, flow management and staffing management among other areas. This role requires the ability to demonstrate ownership for initiatives, learn & be curious to understand how to de-compose complexity in a simple solution,
and the ability to influence network cross-functional stakeholders to achieve both overall cost savings. EUPE NET members will be required to travel to BIC sites to capture best practices, approve new official standards and provide on site visits for sites requiring support to reach Process path standards.
The applicable collective agreement for this role is CBA for employees of Logistics, Delivery and Shipping Sector. The position is classified at level Quadro or above, depending on the candidate's skills, competences and experience.
Key job responsibilities
- Analyze network data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance network efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for network optimization.
- Conduct thorough analysis and modelling of network processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics, supply chain or related field
- Knowledge of advanced English at level B2/C1
- Experience in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma analytical techniques
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience in technical leadership for industrial engineering projects or programs
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience with continuous improvement methods such as Kaizen, Lean, DMAIC, etc.

The minimum gross base salary for this position is listed below. The base salary listed corresponds to working on a full-time basis. For part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rated.
Amazon reserves the right to offer a higher salary and/or level, depending on the candidate's skills, competencies, and experience. Amazon's package may include a sign on payment. In addition, the candidate may be eligible to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA.
Your recruiting team will share final salary and any restricted stock unit scheme if applicable, depending on skills and requirements.
In addition to statutory benefits, and those applicable to the relevant CBA, company supplementary benefits may apply subject to further terms.
