Support the **Leisure Sales** and **Reservations** teams with day-to-day administrative tasks. Assist in compiling reports, updating CRM records, and managing rate loading. Help prepare proposals, confirmations, and contracts for FIT and agency bookings. Coordinate documentation for consortia submissions and promotional material. Track incoming requests and help manage the shared inbox or lead distribution. Shadow sales calls or reservation procedures as part of training development. **GROUP SALES TRAINEE** **_Main Responsibilities_**: - Assist the Group Reactive team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Help with RFP tracking, lead distribution, and follow-up reminders.
- Support in creating proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.




- Shadow sales calls, site inspections, and internal meetings to understand sales processes. Provide support in organizing files, contracts, and reporting dashboards **WEDDINGS & SOCIAL EVENTS TRAINEE** **Main Responsibilities**
- Generate and convert small & medium leads for weddings and social events (Birthday).
- Manage administrative tasks including contracts, deposits, and supplier communications.
- Assist in organizing the details of weddings and social events (timelines, BEOs, menus, floor plans).
- Support clients with logístical needs and questions pre-arrival.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring client expectations are met.
- Liaise with external suppliers (florists, entertainment, decorators) to ensure alignment with client vision and resort standards.
- Create and distribute accurate and timely documentation (function sheets, rooming lists, agendas).
- Assist in gathering feedback and managing post-event tasks like billing and lost & found.-
