Quality Control Manager **Your role and responsibilities**
We are looking for a Quality Engineer in order to strengthen our Quality team. You will support the deployment of the Quality strategy, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and even exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response and sustainable solution to problems, mainly in the Electronics field. Collaborate with of local functions that impact on the quality results in order to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aiming for world-class level performance. The work model for the role is: #Li-Hybrid In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: - Being accountable for new product/features validation
- Being the key actor in the management of non-conformity incidents, for this reason you will cooperate closely with other business functions and suppliers.
- Acting as point of reference for Customers in the management of the non-conformities.
- Acting as point of reference for Customers during the process audits/visits to ensure the compliance of working practice and procedures.
- Being responsible to manage all quality data in an accurate way in order to better understand the status quo and prevent future non-conformities as continuous improvement. **Qualifications for the role**
- You have a Master Degree in Engineering with electronics knowledge.
- you are interested in quality control processes & methodologies and of Statistical Analysis.
- You have good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- You have a positive spirit, proactivity, team working, decision making.
- You have commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects.
- Experience in Electronics field will be considered a plus.
