**Position**:
**Job responsibilities**: - Manage of temporary workers and the related budget;
- Ensure proper implementation and management of appraisal processes for all the assigned employees;
- Support Line Managers in analyzing current organizations and their adequacy to the business strategy, contributing to the definition and communication of new organizational evolutions;
- Collaborate in managing employee relations with unions’ representatives;
- Participate in definition of annual HR budget, HC, cost analysis;
- Communicate to employees on main relevant topics regarding HR processes, main organizational changes and plant initiatives;
- Guarantee timely and appropriate fulfilment of HR administration and labour regulations requirements for assigned departments in close cooperation of the Corporate HR Administration department. **Profile**: - Master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics or related field
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role in a highly performing environment.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluent in English;
- Strong attitude to interpersonal relationships.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
