- Operates in close coordination with HQ Supply Chain Management, ensuring all activities are executed according to HQ guidelines, decisions, and priorities and regulatory requirements
- Leads the Supply Chain team and supports in the development of strategic and continuous improvement project, including process, tools and standards
- Monitors and reports operational KPIs such as order cycle times, supplier on-time delivery, and logistics performance.
- Provides feedback to HQ on operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.




- Supports risk identification and mitigation efforts as initiated by HQ supply chain leaders. **Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain
- 10+ years progressive managerial experience in Supply Chain
- Proven skills/knowledge in international Supply Chain, in EPC, Energy, Oil and Gas or Renewables sectors
- Used to communicating at Management Level & across divisional structures
- Promotes the long-term internal and external collaboration, based on the company values
