POSITION PURPOSE:
The purpose of this role is to coordinate quality operations personnel and be the primary point of contact for managing Non-Conformity arising from any source within individual operative production units. Ensure that: - organization is able meeting existing Quality regulations and standards;
- products and services meet customer expectations. Develop procedures to ensure Quality system is effective and efficient. **Requisiti**:
**Key Accountabilities** Ensure all the processes flow are complaint with Quality procedures and standards:
1. Quality plant operative team coordinator,



with the purpose of producing Quality action plans due to:
a. Customers, internal or third-party audit b. Customer or internal claims management c. Targets achievement (KPIs management) d. Cost reduction e. New projects f. Continuous Improvement (PDCA) 2.CAPA implementation and effectiveness verification 3.OEMs and after-market Customers Complaints Management 4.Coordinator with Clusters to retrieve feedback from the market. 5.Supplier Complaints Management, in collaboration with Supplier Quality Manager EMEA. 6.To perform Internal audits 7.Product and process qualification Submission to the customer for new and existing products (PPAP process). 8.Quality tool moderator (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D-Problem solving), 9.Knowledge of other Core Tools is required: MSA, SPC, APQP. **Qualifications & Education**:
Chemical/Engineering Degree or similar could be a plus, knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 knowledge could be a plus, trained to perform audit activity. **Altre informazioni**:
**Skills/Experience/Knowledge**: - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Quality MS and experience in the Automotive business, at least as tier 1 supplier
- Quality auditing qualification: ISO 9001/IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 could be a plus
- Strong leadership, Communication, Problem solving, Organizing and planning, Conflict resolution, Team working
- Knowledge in English is essential,
