**CO-DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (F/M)** **_ Long term contract - ROME or MILAN (Italy)_** Under the supervision of the Head of Project Development you'll Identify and negotiate Co-Development solar and energy storage projects and M&A; opportunities in line with REDEN's strategic direction. Your main tasks will be:
**TO** **MANAGE DEALS FROM ACQUISITION TO CLOSING**
- Identify opportunities (M&A; acquisitions, co-development, sales) and coordinate with development and country manager teams to ensure project feasibility.
- Analyse and calculate economic viabilities.
- Manage due diligence.
- Negotiate and prepare transaction documents **TO** **DEVELOP MARKET KNOWLEDGE**
- Improve market understanding by analysing trends, conducting studies
- Establish a network. **TO** **COORDINATE OTHER DEPARTMENTS’ ACTIVITIES**
- Take responsibility for projects from enquiry to Ready To Build.
- Coordinate all departments involved. **Expected skills** You have a degree in engineering, a master's degree in energy management, geography, or urban planning, or have gained extensive experience in our industry through other means. You have at least 3+ years of relevant experiences in project management in the field of renewable energies (photovoltaics, wind power, or others).
