This specialization offers the opportunity to work on nationally and internationally significant projects within the telecommunications industry, participating in key initiatives of change and improvement in the realm of digitalizing business operations. Specifically, you will: - **Support the definition of business and growth strategies for TMT clients**, through market analysis, competitive benchmarking, scenario assessment and identification of strategic priorities
- **Contribute to the design of target operating models and transformation roadmaps,**ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, operating implications and implementation choices
- **Develop business cases and strategic plans**to assess new initiatives, investment priorities, operating model changes and adjacencies




- **Prepare executive-level materials for client management,**translating complex analyses into clear recommendations and decision-making content
- **Support project delivery across strategic transformation initiatives,**coordinating streams, stakeholders and key milestones
