**Casa Laveni** is the **first boutique hotel in Milan by Bohopo Group**, an international hospitality group with **over 11 hotels across Europe**. Located in **Via dei Bossi**, just a few steps from Milan’s Duomo square, Casa Laveni is a new boutique hospitality project focused on service quality and on placing the guest at the center of the experience. For our **opening team**, we are currently looking for a:
**Front Office & Concierge Agent Rotating shifts** **Key Responsibilities**
- Managing Front Office activities (check-in / check-out)
- Handling reservations and using the PMS
- Welcoming guests and providing personalized concierge service
- Recommending restaurants, events and experiences in Milan
- Coordinating daily operations with the housekeeping team **Requirements**: - Minimum **1 year of experience** in boutique or luxury hotels




- Fluency in **Italian and English**: - Knowledge of an additional foreign language (French, Spanish or Arabic preferred)
- Strong service mindset, accuracy, and flexibility **What We Offer**
- Full-time contract from 27 april 2026 (3 or 6 months with possibility of renewal)
- Shift schedule**:07:00-15:30 / 15:00-23:30** (30-minute break included) **+ 2/3 night shifts**per week
- Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with **two rotating days off per week**.
