This is a permanent position with an annual salary of £33,218.00. You will also be entitled to 6 weeks paid annual leave (plus bank holidays) and full access to our Employee Assistance Programme. This role also offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
**- Essential skills and experience required**: - Assurance through high level analysis and reporting for senior leadership and governance, balancing competing priorities, and driving measurable improvements.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience of gathering, interpreting, and triangulating qualitative and quantitative data to identify themes, trends, and causation.
- Experience of producing clear insight reports and recommendations for senior leaders and/or boards, presenting complex information in an accessible way.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver work to deadlines, managing multiple pieces of work under your own initiative with mínimal supervision (supervision will be available; however, it requires the ability to work under initiative).
- Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to draft policies, frameworks, reports and guidance.




- Evidence of influencing and building effective relationships across teams/departments
- Competence in using digital tools to manage data and produce insight (e.g., Excel, survey tools, presentation/ organisational software).
- Commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, with an understanding of trauma-informed and person-centred practice. In addition to the above, it is expected that you will: - Maintain professional boundaries
