This role will embrace teamwork and collaboration, quality performance standards, professionalism and integrity to ensure that results are timely delivered in accordance with the project objectives and implementation plan. + The Resource will cooperate with all the major functions of the Operations & Logistics department such as Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Supervisors, Customer Service Specialists, Asset Management, Warehouse, Kit Room to achieve "Best in Class" results for the assigned duties. + Ensure all Compliance, SOX, FCPA and other policies and regulations are applied and followed during the execution of the project. + Works under immediate supervision reporting to a CS Supervisor or CS Manager. **Interface Activities:** + Electronic invoice check on Edicom portal + Invoicing order entry on Internal tools + Collaborate with CS supervisors and team to support customer alignment and complete EDI integration + Support activities in the external portal (Edicom) to manage EDI order flow **Education** + Requires a high school diploma or equivalent + Commercial education as industry or office merchant or any equivalent desirable. + Intermediate communication capabilities in English are essential (verbal and writing).
