Your Responsibilities

- Assist with reservation-related inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Support users with booking, modification, and cancellation requests.
- Handle pre- and post-reservation inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with hotels to arrange special requests and booking requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between guests and hotels to help resolve issues and concerns.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with hotel partners through excellent service.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on all requests.

What We're Looking For
- French (C1-C2) and English (B2-C1).




- EU passport or a valid Portugal work permit.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, travel, reservations, or contact center environments is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts based on business needs.
