Amplifon has been recognized as a "**Top Employer 2024**" in Europe, the United States, and New Zealand by the Top Employers Institute.For our office in **Milan, **Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our **Global Sales & Organization Team**.You will have the opportunity to be directly involved in an exciting project: On boarding Area Managers!**Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? **We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.You'll be in charge of supporting end-to-end the **Development of a Managerial Onboarding Learning Journey**, bycollaborating with the team to create engaging and innovative training materials and design visually appealing presentations, workbooks, e-learning modules, and other onboarding resources.Your main areas of focus will be: - Content Development: - Be ready to take part into **Design Workshop and Cross Functional meetings**, with the objective to **collect and consolidate** all the **information** to integrate in the on boarding contents
- Help in **creating and curating content** that supports the onboarding process, ensuring it is comprehensive and aligned with company and department standards
- Learner's Experience Design: - **Research best practices** and **trends **in training and development for management roles to make sure we make the STEP UP in terms of learning experience
- **Create infographics, reflect, flowcharts**,



and other **visual aids** to enhance the onboarding experience, in **consistency** with the company and function's branding/visual guideline
- Impact Measurement and Communication: - Support the team in gather **training data**, build analysis and create data visualization charts
- Support in **defining communication campaigns **and **developing communication assets** to stimulate buzz, create awareness and engagement around this and other connected programs to all level of the company (final learners, Stakeholders, Training Community)
- Create **engaging activities leveraging technologies **(Kahoot, Mentimiter,...) for existing programs/ new ones **You are the right person if you**: - Have a background in Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Management, Economics, Human Resources, Education, Marketing & Communication
- Are Fluent in Italian and English and would like to work with multicultural teams
- Are open to learning and you have a proactive attitude
- Like to work with people, interacting, speaking, and presenting to a diversified group of people, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Are used to work with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and possess an excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Teams,..)
- Have Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
- **6 months internship** in our Global Headquarters located in Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133.
