Our Project Management Department for our office in Segrate (MI) is looking for a
Store Development Italy (f/m/d) (100%)
This position is hybrid, with 2 mandatory days at our office in Segrate (MI)
Your Responsibilities:
- Collects technical data and provides project briefings, including relevant data regarding local regulations and operational requirements for POS project development, including timing and preliminary cost estimations
- Executes site surveys and develops drawings for the central planning team
- Under Senior Store Development Manager supervision and approval, plans Retail and Wholesale projects according to technical and commercial requirements
- Coordinates the POs project with the local teams and supervises the external local external project manager and/or architects
- Supports the central & local team with technical info, cost estimations, maintenance topics and provided required data for RBP process
- Follow up and monitoring of the approved project plans to ensure that all activities are organized and monitored in the appropriate sequence for construction and POS opening phase
- Coordinate and supervise on site the work progress for POS implementation and share regular feedbacks
- Monitor the budget of each POS implementation. Ensure that the tracking tools for investment and project status is correctly and at all times up to date. Ensures that final project cost does not surpass the approved CapEx
- Reports on a weekly basis the financial status of the projects to Senior Store Development Manager
- Measure the quality of POS implementation and adherence with brand identity
- Evaluate and analyze time and cost deviation
Your ideal profile:
- Holds a degree in Architecture or a related technical field
- Brings 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in retail project management
- Demonstrates technical proficiency in Project Management, Excel, and design software such as AutoCAD or Vectorworks
- Possesses strong capabilities in planning, organization, and cost controlling
- Exhibits excellent interpersonal management, along with strong social, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Acts as a solution-oriented decision-maker with high assertiveness
- Demonstrates professional fluency in both Italian and English
- Shows a flexible mindset with a willingness to travel as needed
