The role

As a GTM Engineer, You'll build the GTM engine that powers everything: the automations, data, and tools that let Sales do what they do best: sell. Working hand in hand with our Sales Team Leaders and Head of Marketing, you'll build the infrastructure that takes us from one city to every market we touch.

What you'll actually be doing

- Design and maintain automated workflows across our GTM stack (Clay, Attio, Enginy, Aircall), including lead routing and assignment based on priority criteria.

- Build and maintain enriched prospect lists at scale using Clay-based workflows.

- Develop scoring models to qualify leads against our ICP.

- Keep Attio clean and reliable — deduplication, validation, and an up-to-date, documented CRM structure.

- Build self-service dashboards so BDRs and AEs can track funnel and performance without waiting on anyone.

- Test new tools, sequences, and channels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp), and explore AI use cases across the GTM process.

What you bring

- 2-3 years of experience in GTM ops, RevOps, or a technical/automation-heavy role.

- Hands-on experience with automation and CRM tools (Clay, Attio, Zapier, Make, or similar).

- Comfortable with data: enrichment, scoring models, dashboards.

- Curious about AI, eager to apply it across the sales process.





- Proactive and detail-oriented, comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales.

- Fluent in Italian and English.

- Salary: The gross annual salary (RAL) ranges from €35K to €45K depending on relevant experience and fit with the role.
