Our Sales Department for our office in Segrate (MI) is looking for a
Store Planning & Procurement (f/m/d) (100%)
This position is hybrid, with 2 mandatory days at our office in Segrate (MI)
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the PM’s to prepare the store design development process from feasibility studies through final construction documentation
- Review project proposed by locals PM’s, identifying needs and approve project according the standard
- Certificate detailed store layouts, floor plans, elevations, lighting plans and technical drawing packages according to global brand standards and local market requirements
- Develop and maintain architectural standards, CAD libraries, technical guidelines and store planning templates
- Coordinate internal reviews with Design, Visual Merchandising, Operations and regional project teams
- Manage external architects, planners and design consultants to ensure consistent quality and timely project delivery
- Act as the primary interface between Procurement and local PM’s
- Support project managers in resolving construction, design and supplier-related issues
- Define quality standards for POS materials, furniture and construction-related services
- Manage product quality, supplier compliance, returns, claims and corrective actions
- Continuously evaluate supplier capabilities, production processes and service levels
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing quality, sustainability and procurement efficiency
Your ideal profile:
- Demonstrates strong project management and organizational skills, with a results-oriented approach and attention to detail
- Brings an analytical mindset and effective problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SAP or similar procurement systems, and project management tools
- Possess a solid understanding of retail construction standards and shopfitting processes
- Communicate effectively with strong stakeholder management, teamwork, and cross-departmental cooperation skills
- Thrives in fast-paced international environments, handling multiple projects in parallel
