/liliCreate innovative learning experiences, from onboarding and leadership development to service excellence, digital learning and functional skills training.
/liliFacilitate inspiring workshops and development programmes for colleagues, managers and senior leadership teams.
/liliLead the annual learning needs analysis and translate insights into impactful development plans that drive performance.
/liliCoach leaders and colleagues to support career growth, talent development and high?performing teams.
/liliBuild, develop and inspire a network of Departmental Trainers, fostering a strong learning culture throughout the hotel /liliMonitor learning effectiveness through data, feedback and performance outcomes, providing regular insights and recommendations to hotel leadership.
/liliManage the learning calendar, training resources and learning systems, ensuring a seamless and engaging colleague experience.
