NEW OPPORTUNITY IN ITALYRole: Electrical Engineer – BESS & Hybrid PV-BESSLocation: Napoli (Hybrid)Salary: €50,000 DOEPiper Maddox are working with an independent renewable energy investor and asset owner who are at the start of an exciting growth phase in Italy, building out its in-house engineering capability to deliver a rapidly expanding pipeline of utility-scale BESS and hybrid PV+BESS projects.
As they scale, they plan to transition into an IPP.This role offers genuine end-to-end technical ownership, from early-stage feasibility and grid connection through to EPC delivery, commissioning and COD.




You'll sit close to investment decisions and play a key role in shaping how projects are designed and delivered as the company scales.What you'll be doing:Leading in-house electrical design for BESS and hybrid PV+BESS plantsManaging grid connection processes and interfacing directly with Terna and DSOsSupporting permitting, EPC execution and commissioning activitiesActing as electrical technical owner, including DM ***** responsibilitiesWhat they're looking for:Degree in Electrical Engineering4+ years' experience across MV/HV power or renewable projectsStrong electrical design capabilityFluent Italian and professional EnglishIf you are interested in the position, please reach out to ******
