You will be responsible for the design, analysis, and optimization of steel structures for various energy infrastructure projects and applications, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with international standards.
/p h3How You'll Make An Impact /h3 ul liPerform structural and mechanical design and analysis of components, systems, and structures using relevant software (e.g. PTC Creo, TEKLA, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD).
/li liDevelop and review technical specifications, calculations, drawings, and other engineering documentation.
/li liConduct stress, vibration, fatigue, and seismic analyses to ensure structural integrity and performance.
/li liCollaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams (electrical, civil, manufacturing) to integrate mechanical designs into overall project solutions.
/li liEvaluate and select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for structural components.
/li liParticipate in design reviews, risk assessments, and problem-solving activities.
/li liEnsure compliance with relevant industry codes, standards (e.g. EN, ISO, ASME), and company policies.
/li liProvide technical support during fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases.
/li liInvestigate and troubleshoot structural or mechanical issues, proposing effective solutions.
/li liStay updated with the latest advancements in structural and mechanical engineering technologies and methodologies.
/li /ul h3Your Background /h3 ul liBachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
/li liProven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in structural mechanical design and analysis, preferably within the energy or heavy industrial sector.




/li liStrong understanding of structural mechanics, material science, and relevant design codes and standards.
/li liExperience with CAD software (e.g. PTC Creo, TEKLA, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD).
/li liAbility to perform complex engineering calculations and prepare detailed technical reports.
/li liExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
/li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
/li liFluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken) is required.
/li liAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
/li liFamiliarity with project management principles is an advantage.
