In this role you will be a strategic partner for our clients, guiding them through their digital transformation.
You will ensure our partners across France and international markets get the most value out of Octorate.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring optimal platform configuration.
/li liProvide expert assistance via chat, email, and phone, focusing on French-speaking markets.
/li liAct as a consultant to help clients maximize direct bookings through Octorate.




/li liPerform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the Product team to report bugs or suggest platform enhancements.
/li liMaintain and update help center documentation and internal knowledge bases in French.
/li liSupport training sessions and periodic business reviews with key accounts.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul libLanguage Skills: /b Native or C1 minimum fluency in bFrench /b (written and spoken).
Professional proficiency in Italian and English is also required.
/li libLocation Flexibility: /b Availability to work in a bhybrid /b setup, with a physical presence at our Rome office (Via Filippo Caruso, 23).
/li liExperience: 1–3 years of experience in the Hospitality sector (Hotels, Property Management, or Travel Tech/SaaS).
