We are looking for a
Financial Performance Controlling Lead
to support Manufacturing, Supply Chain and cross-functional stakeholders in driving business performance, profitability and strategic decision-making.
The role acts as a trusted finance partner, providing proactive recommendations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Support business leaders in identifying and implementing performance improvement initiatives
Develop financial analyses and business cases to support productivity and cost optimization projects
Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, customer profitability, product platform profitability and margin evolution
Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term business planning activities
Drive cross-functional financial analysis across Manufacturing, Supply Chain and other business functions
Lead Working Capital optmisation initiatives and monitor performance against targets
Support monthly business performance reviews with management teams
Perform scenario analysis and provide financial recommendations to support decision-making
Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and management presentations
Support in internal and external audit activities
Partecipate in monthly closing and reporting processes
Promote financial discipline, process improvements and best practises across the organization
What We're Looking For:
Minimum
5 years of experience
Experience within structured international organizations.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence decisions across different organizational levels.




Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in
Economics
, Finance or
Management Engineering
.
Fluency in
English
(written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of
SAP
and/or
AS400
.
Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel
.
Nice to Have:
Experience within the
Automotive industry
.
Exposure to Manufacturing and Supply Chain finance environments.
Experience driving cost optimization, profitability improvement and Working Capital initiatives.

Hybrid working (60% lavoro da remoto, 40% office based);
