Qualifications

- Proven track record of developing creative solutions from strategy to implementation

At Roland Berger, we see pay transparency as a foundation for trust, fairness, and respect, reinforcing our commitment to equal opportunity and our core values. For this position, we provide an annual base gross salary included in the following range: € 55.000,00-65.000,00. The final offer will be determined within this range based on qualifications, experience and skills. Candidates can also expect a performance-based premio up to 30% and a comprehensive benefits package to support well-being and development.
