- Design mechanical systems in compliance with project timelines and company standards;
- Prepare and maintain machine bills of materials (BOMs) and related documentation according to company procedures.
- Create and update machine or subassembly bills of materials in accordance with internal processes and guidelines.
- Contribute to the definition of safety requirements and the validation of machines.
- Collaborate closely with other departments within the division, particularly Software Engineering, Testing & Commissioning, and Assembly.
- Provide technical support to the After-Sales team for troubleshooting activities and the implementation of new customer requests.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Mechanical Technical Diploma (or equivalent qualification).
- At least 3 years of experience in mechanical design engineering departments within industrial automation environments.
- Strong knowledge of 3D and 2D CAD systems and PLM management tools.
- Engineering knowledge in areas such as materials, kinematics, tolerances, heat and surface treatments, plastics, and servo actuators.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to interact with customers to understand prototype development requirements and participate in design reviews within international environments.
