- Provide daily operational support to the Project Leadership in managing project activities
- Assist in the rollout phases, ensuring the project is smoothly integrated into the existing Bolton Food environment
- Help draft formal IT documentation and create engaging internal presentations to keep stakeholders updated
- Work closely with our Project Experts and internal leaders to learn how to manage complex business processes
- Support data collection and change analysis to make our intercompany flows simpler and more efficient
- Opportunity to collaborate with international teams (e.g. Spain and Morocco) and contribute to project activities in a multicultural environment

Requirements

- Graduate in Management Engineering, Business Administration, or IT Management
- Strong interest in Project Management and how technology drives organizational change
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Native Italian and professional English are required (Spanish is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office,
