/p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liIdentifying key targets – companies, products and assets.
/li liBuilding, expanding and consolidating relationships with stakeholders – internal and external.
/li liMaintaining and regularly updating BD mapping and related platforms/tools.
/li liSupporting the preparation of business cases: ul liBusiness case – economics / PowerPoint presentation.
/li liTermsheet and contract understanding.
/li /ul /li liProject team management – project planning and management, data?room management (IN/OUT) and due?diligence management/coordination (IN/OUT).
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Economics or Engineering.
/li liFluency in English; knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage.
/li li3–5 years of experience in the bPharma Business /b or in bConsulting /b, with direct exposure to financial processes, budgeting,



planning/forecasting within the pharmaceutical sector.
/li liDeep understanding of the Pharma/BioTech competitive arena and evolving market scenarios (e.g., competitive landscape, market pipeline).
/li liAbility to understand and contribute to the management of a business case.
/li liAbility to conduct research, analyze data and assess market trends and competitor behaviours.
/li liProficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
