La nostra Vision è Work in Any Way, infatti crediamo che i confini non dovrebbero essere barriere al business o al talento.

About the Company

Safeguard Global is an international company operating since 2008, specialized in Global Workforce Management across 170 countries worldwide, with over 1,800 employees.

Our Vision is Work in Any Way — we believe borders shouldn't be barriers to business or talent. We work with some of the most respected names in manufacturing and consumer goods, and right now we're staffing up for one of our most exciting U.S. clients.

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Real Estate & Facility Manager to take full ownership of a diverse U.S. property portfolio spanning industrial plants, commercial buildings, and corporate offices. This is a hands-on role that demands both strategic thinking and operational excellence. You will be expected to manage complex priorities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure that every facility under your responsibility runs efficiently, safely, and in line with business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings a well-established network of contractors, brokers, and service providers, and has a proven track record of negotiating favorable lease terms and delivering facility projects on time and on budget.

What You'll Be Doing

Facility & Property Operations

- Run day-to-day operations across plants, commercial buildings, and corporate offices — keeping everything clean, safe, and humming
- Own preventive and corrective maintenance programs; spot safety risks before they become somebody's problem
- Keep the company tight on OSHA standards, building codes, environmental and fire safety regulations — no cutting corners here
- Manage a vendor ecosystem (HVAC, MEP, janitorial, security, landscaping, industrial services) and hold them accountable to performance, safety, and budget

Project & Construction Management

- Lead renovations, build-outs, expansions, and capital improvement projects from kickoff to ribbon-cutting
- Make sure new offices and relocations open on time, on budget, with zero drama for the operations team
- Handle design reviews, permitting, inspections, and close-out docs like a pro

Acquisitions & Leasing

- Drive site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, amendments — you know the lifecycle cold
- Build and maintain an annual pipeline of projects: new locations, relocations, refits, expansions — you name it
- Be the go-to person for leasing questions; evaluate rent packages and bring sharp go/no-go recommendations to senior leadership
- Negotiate with landlords and brokers and walk away with best-in-class terms, every time

Workplace Experience, Safety & Sustainability

- Champion a workplace people actually want to show up to — safe, efficient, and reflecting the brand's values

- Lead safety and compliance programs; keep emergency preparedness plans sharp and ready
- Find and implement energy and sustainability upgrades — smarter systems, better retrofits, lower costs

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years in real estate, facilities management, construction, or property operations — manufacturing/industrial experience is a big plus
- A proven track record of managing contractors, vendors, and landlord negotiations — and getting results that speak for themselves
- Someone who can juggle a dozen priorities without dropping the ball, ever
- A team player who communicates straight, listens well, and builds trust fast
- Italian language skills — even a basic/conversational level (A2–B1) is a genuine plus for this role
- Must be U.S.-based; Massachusetts or within reasonable driving distance strongly preferred
- Comfortable with 1–2 domestic trips per month and occasional international travel (Italy, Brazil, China, Japan) — valid passport required

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Salary: $130,000 – $142,500 USD depending on location and experience (base only, excludes premio and total rewards)
- Competitive benefits package

Project & Contract Details

Full-time position, reporting to Executive Leadership. Key stakeholders include Local Vice Presidents, Operations, Construction, Design, Repair & Maintenance, and Retail teams.
