To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Turin (Vanchiglietta area), we are looking for an experienced, proactive, and analytical Finance & Management Control Manager. Reporting directly to the corporate management and the parent company, you will oversee all administrative, accounting, and financial activities, supervising one team member. A key focus of this role will be driving the evolution of our management control systems and supporting a major corporate ERP transition. Accounting & Financial Statements, including general ledger (GL) and analytical/cost accounting, monthly accounting statements and periodic management accounts, comprehensive management reporting in English for the parent company, monthly and annual accounting closings. Management Control, in particular develop a structured management control system, and provide variance analysis against budget and forecast figures and define and monitor key financial and operational KPIs to support strategic decisions. Tax & Corporate Compliance, collaborating with the external accounting firm for periodic tax obligations (VAT, F24, CU, etc.),



supporting the preparation of the annual statutory financial statements and coordinating with the Group's statutory auditors for all audit-related activities. Financial Management & Treasury, monitoring cash flows, providing treasury management, dealing with banks and other credit institutions. One of the main purposes in the first months of the job is to provide active support for the planned migration of the company's current ERP/management software to the Group system. Experience: At least 7 to 10 years of experience in similar roles (Accounting Manager, Financial Controller, or Head of Finance), ideally within manufacturing or industrial medium-sized companies. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory for reporting to the parent company. Knowledge of French is considered a strong preferential asset. Excellent command of Italian accounting standards (OIC) and good knowledge of IFRS. Knowledge of key Italian tax and corporate obligations. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with ERP management software (SAP, Navision/Business Central, or equivalent). Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude, and the ability to act as a bridge between local operations and international headquarters.
