Sr Business Analyst- SAP SuccessFactors Reporting & Analytics
Arthrex is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. Arthrex is actively seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to partner directly with the IT and HR departments within Arthrex. A successful candidate will have experience eliciting, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements, with demonstrated knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, SuccessFactors Story Reporting, reporting best practices, and end-to-end HR business processes. The role will help mature the use of data with user-friendly analytical tools, dashboards, and advanced analytics so that relevant information can be efficiently gathered, shared, and interpreted by HR. Excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills, along with a Bachelor’s degree, will be essential for this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Arthrex HR business departments and business processes to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements.
- Translate business goals and objectives into strategic business capabilities.
- Use a variety of techniques to understand business requirements, such as interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, and storyboards.
- Translate conceptual user requirements into clear, detailed functional requirements.
- Work with HR Information technology and HR departmental teams to provide and support best-in-class data & analytics tools (including suggestions of reporting tools and solutions outside of SuccessFactors) to enable deeper analysis and decision making by HR, other business units, and resource leaders.
