Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Survey Crew Chief to join our team. As a Land Survey Crew Chief at CAGE Civil Engineering,



you will lead a survey crew to perform various surveying tasks for civil engineering projects. Your role involves ensuring accurate data collection, conducting different types of surveys, and maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct construction layout, ALTA surveys, topographic, boundary, and as-built surveys.
- Be flexible to work individually or lead and supervise a field survey crew.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including Trimble GPS and robotics.
- Accurately record and document survey data.
- Coordinate with survey project managers and engineers to meet survey needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies.
- Train and mentor junior crew members.
- Stay updated with the latest surveying technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in surveying or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of land surveying expe
