A key part of the role will be helping clients adapt to AI-influenced discovery, conversational search, and changing SERP experiences. You’ll also help shape AI-enhanced content workflows and strategies designed to improve visibility across emerging search ecosystems. Accountabilities




- Manage a portfolio of SEO clients as the primary point of contact, ensuring strong relationships, consistent delivery, clear communication, and measurable results.
- Lead client meetings, performance reviews, strategic planning sessions, and discussions around SEO priorities and emerging AI search trends.
- Set and manage expectations around timelines, deliverables, performance, and strategic objectives.
- Educate clients on SEO value, performance metrics, search behaviour, and developments in AI-powered discovery.
- Conduct detailed keyword research to identify growth opportunities, content gaps, and search-intent opportunities.
- Perform on-page SEO audits and implement recommendations across site structure, content hierarchy, internal linking, and search intent.
