Business Analyst – Industria (CPG/FMCG) NTT DATA Europe & Latam
Are you ready to make an impact in the fast‐moving consumer goods market? We are looking for a Business Analyst with 2‐3 years of consulting experience, preferably in the FMCG sector, to join a dynamic and international team.

Responsibilities
Collect and analyze requirements: lead workshops with the client, analyze current processes (as‐is) and contribute to defining future processes (to‐be).
Understand and configure the platforms: grasp configuration logic of the adopted solutions and apply it during the design phase and in normal operations.
Analyze processes: assess the client's operations and map the solution based on identified processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Functional analysis: define, refine, and formalize the requirements into detailed functional specifications, aligned with the implementation approach.
Configure application solutions: interpret requirements and configuration guidelines and translate them into effective system settings.
Data model analysis:



understand and analyze the solution's data model, verify import/export flows, and support any troubleshooting activities.
Functional testing: design test scenarios and cases, participate in testing activities, and ensure consistency between requirements, specifications, and implementation.
Training and documentation: prepare user manuals and deliver training sessions to key users, facilitating adoption of implemented solutions.
Requirements
~ University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Statistics or Data Science.
~2–3 years of experience in consulting or FMCG companies.
~ Excellent English language skills, capable of working in international contexts and interacting with global teams.
~ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to reconcile business requirements and system functionalities.
