About the role

The purpose of this role is to lead the Core PAS, Finance,



HR & Compliance Centre of Excellence, ensuring the delivery, performance and continual improvement of critical technology services across Allianz Australia. This role is accountable for service strategy, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, financial management and governance across legacy Policy Administration, Finance, HR and Compliance platforms. Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, the CoE Lead drives innovation, manages technology risk and technical debt, and ensures secure, reliable and scalable solutions that support Allianz's strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the delivery, performance and continuous improvement of Core PAS, Finance, HR and Compliance technology services, ensuring high-quality outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
- Define and execute the CoE strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities, resources and delivery plans with business object
