Your role

We are looking for an EHS Intern who will join the Health, Safety & Environment team and support the RSPP and ASPP in ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations across a network of optical retail stores. This role offers hands‑on experience in HSE processes, documentation management, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic retail environment.

Main responsibilities

- On‑site inspections to verify the condition of the stores and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and occupational health medical visits




- Monitor and update documentation related to employee safety training and mandatory instruction programs
- Support the management of occupational health surveillance activities and related records
- Maintain and update the schedule of mandatory health and safety activities in line with current legislation
- Contribute to the improvement and efficiency of HSE processes through the use of digital tools

Main requirements

- Good knowledge and interest in occupational health and safety regulations (Italian Legislative Decree 81/08)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Availability to travel within the territory
