As a Solutions Architect at Fiserv, you design end-to-end solutions for major financial clients across EMEA, enabling scalable, compliant, and seamless commerce. You bridge product, engineering, and business teams to deliver platform capabilities that meet client objectives. You’ll prototype architectures, guide technology choices, and translate complex concepts for diverse audiences. This role offers global impact through cross-functional collaboration and ecosystem partnerships, with a clear focus on localization and international growth.

- Create solution blueprints that enable downstream teams to deliver product capabilities
- Solve complex client problems to deliver strategic business outcomes
- Identify new core capabilities and influence technology selections
- Support sales and product teams for RFPs and impact assessments
- Become expert on Fiserv's business capabilities and deployment strategies
- Collaborate with engineering to develop prototypes and POCs




- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Provide guidance and support to engineering teams
- Understanding of business objectives and ability to map them to technical solutions
- Experience solving complex client problems with impact
- Ability to influence technology choices and enable adoption of core capabilities
- Experience supporting RFPs and pre-project assessments
- Knowledge of architecture patterns and prototyping
- Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
