Keywords Studios is seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist (Network & Security) to support the IT Infrastructure team in Milano. You will deliver follow-the-sun support, handle escalated incidents, and collaborate with other teams to ensure reliable, secure network services.
The role requires 3+ years in network administration, strong experience with VPNs, BGP/OSPF, firewalls, and WAN/LAN/SD-WAN design. A Bachelor’s degree and hands-on vendor coordination are expected.
