Mission We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal team in SG Milan Branch, reporting directly to the Head of Legal. The candidate will provide senior legal support to Global Markets Italy with responsibility for structured products, derivatives (with particular focus on certificates), and regulatory engagement, ensuring legal integrity, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management. Tasks and Responsibilities Business Advisory Legal support to MARK and other business lines Structuring and execution of derivative transactions,
