About The Job
As an Onboarding Specialist,
you will drive the successful integration of our restaurant partners by managing the implementation process from initial sale to go-live. Utilizing a consultative approach, you will configure software solutions, coordinate logistics, and deliver tailored training to set each restaurant up for long-term success. You will collaborate within a global team to optimize the speed, volume, and quality of implementations in a hybrid work environment. By empowering restaurant staff with the right tools and knowledge, you will play a critical role in enhancing their operational efficiency and overall experience.
Responsibilities
Guide restaurant partners through the comprehensive onboarding process, tailoring the system configuration to meet specific operational needs.
Deliver engaging training to key restaurant staff via remote tools, focusing on optimizing their daily operations using our software.
Manage a dynamic queue of restaurant implementations to reduce time-to-onboarding while ensuring high-q
