OffertaManage and coordinate the monthly closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results, including detailed variance analysis versus Budget, Forecast, and prior-year performance.Monitor, analyze, and report financial metrics and operational KPIs for the Plant, providing actionable insights to support business performance and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead and coordinate the preparation of Budget, Forecast, and Business Plan cycles,
