Collaborate with engineers across teams to improve infrastructure reliability, automation and developer productivity
Design and maintain scalable CI/CD systems, improving software delivery workflows and reducing friction between dev, qa, sec and ops teams
Design, develop and manage infrastructure as code via Terraform and Ansible for cloud and on-premises systems
Lead the adoption of SRE principles and improve cloud system resilience
Support modern and legacy systems with a focus on transitioning workloads to containerized cloud-native architectures
Drive adoption of monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
Champion automation and eliminate manual toil wherever possible
Perform internal workshops and demos, promoting platform tools, practices and new technologies
Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing and internal training to raise engineering excellence across teams.
Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
Experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS)
Expertise with CI/CD tools (preferably Jenkins)




Solid understanding of containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
Proven track record of improving platform reliability, availability and performance
Strong communication skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally and mentor others
Nice to have
Experience with microservices architecture and associated challenges
Familiarity with Kafka and PostgreSQL for troubleshooting and support
Experience with security tools, policies, and secure infrastructure design
Background in regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare)
Prior development experience (Java, C++) is a strong asset
