With your comprehensive knowledge of the clients' IT landscape and organization, along with a solid understanding of projects, products, and services, you will be instrumental in maintaining operational excellence. What you do
Monitor together with the teams on a daily basis all applications and infrastructure of a region.
Work with multiple global and local teams to resolve incidents, improve operations and provide feedback and suggestions to application architects for the continuous improvement of applications availability, resiliency and performance.
In charge of the performance of the applications, works together with the customers on improvement plans.
