YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of customized offers and independent processing of customer orders
Professional support for our customers regarding sales-related and organizational inquiries
Accurate entry and maintenance of customer orders in our ERP system
Active maintenance and development of long-term customer relationships
Monitoring of delivery deadlines and initiation of appropriate measures to ensure on-time delivery
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Completed technical training and prior professional experience is an advantage
Strong organisational skills, ability to work independently and think analytically
Enthusiastic, team-oriented, with excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in English, German and Italian is an advantage
